Common questions

How do I get access after purchase? +
After payment is confirmed you receive a license key. Go to the register tab below, enter the key, create your account, and download the client from your dashboard.
What is HWID locking and how does it work? +
On your first login, the client reads your volume serial number and sends it to our server. Your license is then bound to that specific machine. If you change hardware or need a reset, contact support via Discord.
Can I extend my license while it is still active? +
Yes. From the dashboard, enter a new key in the Extend License section. Time is stacked — your remaining days are preserved and the new duration is added on top.
What operating system does the external support? +
Windows 10 and Windows 11 (x64). The overlay uses DirectX 11 and requires RobloxPlayerBeta.exe to be running before launching the client.
What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrency. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are shown in EUR.
Is there a refund policy? +
We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase if the software does not function as described. Open a support ticket on Discord with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
